ARC Strategic Services is a consulting group inside TAC4 Solutions that helps insurance companies solve difficult accounting and reporting problems. When something complicated breaks inside an insurance finance department, our clients call us.

We are looking for a highly experienced insurance accounting consultant with at least 10 years of statutory accounting experience who takes ownership of problems and does not stop until they are solved.

What This Role Actually Looks Like

• Solving difficult statutory accounting and reporting issues
• Preparing or reviewing quarterly and annual statutory filings
• Digging into reconciliations or reporting problems until the root cause is clear
• Guiding senior accounting staff through complicated issues
• Advising CFOs and controllers on technical accounting decisions
• Leading calls with executives, auditors, regulators, and internal teams
• Becoming the trusted expert a client calls when something important is unclear
